Whether just window-shopping or looking for something in particular, we have made browsing, searching and selecting items hassle free for our customers.

You can access our Parts and Accessories Catalogue from the link on the left of this web page or if you know the part number you can type directly into the SEARCH field. If you don't see the part you are looking for, please contact our office for assistance.

Ordering via Phone/ Fax

Unity Scientific Asia Pacific staff can help you with any pre-purchase enquires you may have, as well as take an order by phone:

Payment

You can pay by any of the following methods:

Electronic Funds Transfer

Unity Scientific Asia Pacific gives you the choice to pay for products through Electronic Funds Transfer bank transfer. Goods will be dispatched after the proof of transfer has been provided or the payment has been receipted in our bank account. Please note that all payments are to be made in Australian dollars.

Credit Cards

Unfortunately we do not currently accept credit cards for payment.

Cheques

We accept payment by company cheque. International customers wishing to pay by cheque must draw a bank draft payable in Australian dollars. The bank draft must be drawn on a bank that has a reciprocal agreement with an Australian bank. When you post your cheque to us, please write your Unity Scientific Asia Pacific Invoice number and your name on the back of the cheque. Please note that all payments are to be made in Australian dollars.

Postage and Freight

Within Australia

• At present, estimated dispatch time is 3 to 10 business days.
• Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post’s Express Post Service or TNT Courier service depending on your location.
• For example, a parcel up to 3kg within Australia will be $15.00

International

• At present, estimated dispatch time is 3 to 10 business days.
• Orders under 2.0kg (4.4lb) and under $500 AUD in value will be sent via Air Mail. Orders weighing more than 2.0kg (4.4lb,) and/or valued at more than $500 AUD will be dispatched via TNT courier service. We'll let you know what your delivery charge will be, and seek your approval before sending your order.
• We will always ship to international destinations by the most cost effective means which can be different for each country. Freight will only be paid to your country of delivery. Please note that some countries may charge the purchaser duties on the 'import' of parcels. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, please check the customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable

Delivery Times

Delivery times Orders to be delivered within Australia, once packed, should be received within 3-5 days of dispatch. International orders should be received within 5-7 days of dispatch.

GST

• All international orders do not have Australian taxes applied.
